I have just purchased all electric accessories for my kandivali 3 bhk flat from Pragati Electricals LOhar Chawl of bell curve brand to my surprize i found there are severe variations in the wooden finnish of plates the pragati owner says that there is variation in wooden type plates as they are different although i have taken same type but different sizes i am ajdjusting that but despite of this there are many other plates which are defective i.e they have white / black patches on them i gave it to pragati electricals to get changed however ur company sales people gave me even worst more defective plates that too without checking for eg the main 18 module plate african wedge type has white patches which are distinctly visible i am sorry to say i am extremely disappointed with the service and have got lot of trouble in again and again coming to lohar chawl to get the plates changed, i am sure this is not the way to do business if you want to have a sucessful brand image of your and woul request you to help me out with this.
